Excellent course that equips individuals with an in depth knowledge of the importance of food hygiene.
Presenters were engaging and understandable. The pace of the course was good which prevented it from being boring or complicated. Having more than 1 presenter it kept the course from becoming uninteresting

Lots to take in, so have a notebook handy! Useful to write things down to refer back to, as it would be impossible to remember everything first time. I will be re-reading several times over the next few days/weeks.
