This course I was able to follow and understand the contents in the videos
I found this easier to complete over being sat in a group with a tutor asking questions, as you can get on with it in silence without being interrupted by other people in the room . And also the videos are very well detailed .
Great course for providing anyone with information and instruction on food safety in any environment. I understand the need for level 1 information to be reiterated in level 2, if candidates have not recently completed level 1, however did not expect to be doing all level 1 again within the level 2 training.
By taking this course made me know the right rules in the kitchen.
I have enjoyed the training. It’s been easy to understand and follow the videos.
