A lot of information about food storage and hygiene which will be useful domestically too. Already taken to washing my hands more thoroughly.

It was really clear and worked well. I didn't realise until further through the course as to the additional resources so I may missed these. It was probably just me, but maybe you could make these clearer by mentioning them as you start the course. Otherwise, thank you very much.
