the smiling painfully slow narrators made it hard to concentrate - the narration speed would have been more listenable if it was more a like radio show - say chatty pace - having to stare at one person also hard - the bits with some interesting visuals worked much better like the person in a kitchen. It could have done with a lot more visuals like that. also the clicking every few seconds and screen resizing was also annoying

A clear and concise course that is easy to follow and very informative. Content delivered at a good pace enabling the learner to absorb and reflect on the key messages to enable safe food handing
