So helpful and laid out so you can understand everything so clearly.

A couple of the questions were a bit ambiguous and being multi choice they were a little unfair.

This course was very clearly presented and I now feel more confident when dealing with people with allergies and how to keep them safe.

I really enjoyed this course. Very informative. The videos weren't too long so kept you engaged.

The foid hyguebe was vey through and relevant to todays hygiene requirements, taking unti account allergies and keeping surfaces and utensils isolate from other products and equipment.

Easy to understand and very much straight to the point.

Very useful information provide,with clear instructions.

As a sufferer of Coeliac disease myself I see the importance of knowing what ingredients in any product I purchase and would say I have not always had good experiences when buying food out & about.
