Excellent corse very interesting.
i have leaned so much from this course , which help me to help others when needed
I completed the Refresher Training in two parts and found the slide show very informative. The speakers had clear voice projection with tone . It was useful to press the back button to recap and ensure i had a full understanding of each component part before taking the summerative test. I am delighted to have a 100% score.
