Good to the point course but alot to take in.
Very engaging, learnt a few new things I hadn't realised before. Could just do with an extra part adding for Covid- 19.
A good course which covered everything in detail, although it took a long time to complete and I had to hop in and out of it over a few weeks to complete.
I find iHasco trainings and resources easy to follow, well paced and visually pleasing.
In the exam section of the course, as soon as you move the cursor over the answer, it immediately takes that as your answer, even when you are aiming the answer above. The system would be improved if you were able to select an answer and then click another button to register your answer.
Covers all the aspects in a precise and effective way. Perhaps more questions might be necessary at the end on the test as the subject is quite vast and there are many areas to cover.
A useful refresher but some aspects, such as where the patient's medical aids are to be applied, (e.g. adrenaline or hypo-pen), some better detail as to what these items look like and how best administered would have been helpful to increase future confidence in their use. Emphasis could have been made that such items should be identified and explained by the employee to office first-aiders - not just to the personnel department! The section on sprains may be more helpful for e.g. a back sprain, rather than an ankle.
I think it would be beneficial to have more visual elements rather than just someone talking to you.
Very extensive course. It was very clear and the paramedic was excellent.
very good content and works well.
