Excellent course that is very clear and informative. It always you to go back and run the video again if you don't understand a topic. The presentation style is very clear and unambiguous. The test at the end is good because it really makes you think about how to apply knowledge.

An important course but it's good to refresh on this course for the safety of residents, staff and the general public.

Really good course, everything clearly explained with some great video demonstrations, reminded me of a lot of things I had forgotten. Would highly recommend the course for anyone needing a refresher in first aid.
