Full of useful information
Impactful
Excellent course that is very clear and informative. It always you to go back and run the video again if you don't understand a topic. The presentation style is very clear and unambiguous. The test at the end is good because it really makes you think about how to apply knowledge.
It was set out well
Quite in-depth but a useful refresher
I now have a good understanding regarding first aid and how to deal with a situation in the work place and generally.
An important course but it's good to refresh on this course for the safety of residents, staff and the general public.
