Always good to refresh our minds and keep us updated on new are old information
The course offers a good awareness and refresher of the main areas of Breathing, Bleeding, Breaks and Burns. Offers good risk assessment advice and methods to prioritise first aid support. The course fails to offer technical advice outside of the expected scope of needs. The presenters are clear the approach helps to promote the desire to learn and is one of the best first aid courses I have attended.

The refresher first aid course was very informative and gave first aiders important reminders on the correct procedures when dealing with casualties.
This course was easy to access. The content was well presented and I liked that it could be done in bite size sections. I finished the course and printed my certificate but unfortunately it states unfinished on the site.
Simple and easy ways are used to teach the course. very common and usefull things are taught which occur in every day life. I really appreciate the iHasco team who have made this usefull course. It is a life changing and easy to understand course. Every one should try to get this sort of knowledge to understand the basic needs in an organisation.
