It is good knowledge that i can know .
For an online refresher it was clear but nothing can beat the hands on practical first-aid course. This is so important.
I found it easy to navigate and review the course while taking the 20 MC questions at the end. I feel like this MC should be longer as I feel I could have been made to review more of the course as preparation.
It may be better to be done in 20 minute modules, with a shorter test after each section
Information overload and didn't really think it was relevant to me in the workplace as i'm NOT a trained first aider, though some sections were interesting

The course goes through the key areas, and this is structured well. The videos are clear with the paramedic showing the key techniques. The key points are phrased at the end to highlight the key learning. I liked the ability to start/stop as well as move through videos where knowledge was good. I would have liked to see a short test at the end of each section as well as the test at the end. Overall, this sort of video provides an excellent way to either be introduced to basic first-aid or to refresh until a practical session can be arranged.
