Could be better

Although the burns section says flood with water for 20 minutes, the question at the end asked with regard to ten minutes. I think the paramedic had the bandage round the wrong way when covering the bleeding wound, and the bandage had the gauze pad sticking out once applied. It was also looked to be loose, the bandage should be tight and the edges of the gauze covered to prevent infection. I'm not happy with shaking an unconscious person's shoulders, although this would be a gentle shake it was not demonstrated, and it open to bad practice. A hard tap to the collarbone is much more effective - try it! Oh and remember to ask questions both sides of the head in case someone is deaf in one ear - picky I know. Comfortable support for a sprain or strain does not involve bandaging anymore.

Informative but not sufficiently specifi

As aptly demonstrated by the inflexibility of the box immediately above, I remain wholly unconvinced that online assessment utilising multiple choice is particularly useful. Whilst I can patently see the benefits for large, commercial training organisations like yourself, the limitations of multiple choice questioning do not begin to address the nuance of best practice in first aid delivery.

Informative Enough

Our customer has asked for feedback asap and we have a meeting with them tomorrow could we have these certificates changed and redone ? or is there an explanation for the differences ? Perhaps asking question using diagrams. This way it allows people who are more visual leaners engage.

It was informative

Although informative, it was too long for one sitting. It should be split into a couple of courses. Thanks

Good

I am very lucky to have been in a class room before. But anyone new and even a returning does need more practical

Less videos for longer viewing time

Too many videos that only run for 30-60 seconds. Videos could be longer with mini questions in between

far too long when doing other work,

The content over all is fine but if you have to stop due to calls for service / interruptions you have to sit through the whole section again, I sat through one 5 times on a busy day. Couple of points I do not agree with, flutter valves are now being taught again no probs with that but we have been told previously that they were no longer taught. also if some one suffers from angina and has chest pains, I will be calling 999 first. Rather silly 2nd two answers to select from, maybe they should have said don't let them run the London marathon.

Some elements are out of date

Ridding or reporting is required after 7 days not the 3 stated in the training
