A good cause and reminder of what we can and should do

talks you through being the responsible first aid person where a first aid trained colleague is not available.
Good general overview including some aspects I may not have thought of. Would have been useful to include some examples of what to look out for when arriving at scene of an incident to ensure casualty / self / others are safe.

Training was well presented and made clear my responsibilities. Also provided me with an option to replay the videos, which I did on a couple of occasionsK
As this was completed during my working shift, I found it easy to complete in a time manageable format.
