Good content presented in an easy to understand format. Visuals great - an aid to understanding and remembering content.
The course was enjoyable and informative, it points out what is expected from the "First aid appointed person" and explains what is not expected. The timing of the course was also perfect around 20 mins. Plus you know whether you have passed straight away.

This is method of learning allows for easy assimilation. It covers the topic in a simple format with a follow up assessment that allows you to re-assess if you did not absorb all of the details in one go.
From my previous qualification in first aid there are some differences I noticed.
I think this course is great. It's to the point and provides all the information needed regarding the duties and requirements of a First Aid Appointed Person.
