This gave me all the information I needed to complete my role as First Aid Appointed Person and verified that what I was already doing was right. I was a little disappointed though that the training is only valid for a year.

Videos are the best way to teach something. Pictures and sounds allow to understand and memorize better.

It's been a privilege to be able to do this course, it's a useful course for anyone working so as to be aware of health and safety measures and issues in place of work and know what their role is as employees and the responsibilities of their employers.
