PROS: Easy to follow, lots of really useful bits. The use of different persons and displaying of information kept you engaged and interested in what was being said. CONS: The sound varied depending on slide which was annoying. When answering the questions you had to keep refreshing the screen in order to select the answer you wished to give (this can lead to answering the question incorrectly by accident).
I did this course a few years ago, and found it very useful. The new education version is even better. It is great being able to train when it is convenient to me.
You just have one glitch. On the 5 point Action Plan slides you repeat Action point 1 Deter Entry on slide 10 when it is meant to be action point 3 reduce opp. The visual shows Action point 3 but the audio is action point 1. Apart from this felt it was a well constructed course which I will now be using for our nominated Fire Wardens.
I have completed FW training many times before and this was a good substitute for a traditional class based course.

Easy to follow very good.
It was broken into bite size chunks, so you could easily start and stop the programme to fit in with your free time. It covered key points effectively including the use of colour pictures and diagrams. Useful little informal tests at the end of each chapter. I learnt a lot from it, and found it useful and interesting. I would recommend it.
It was easy to use when it worked. It crashed twice so had to start again. The sound was bad.
Very easy to follow and understand, really enjoyed it .
