A very informative and easy to follow course where you are given the opportunity to safe and exit then resume at a later date.
great training programe well designed, easy to comprehend.
It was easy to follow - not too much information at any one time - pitched at just the right level. The video of the peoples' response to the fire alarm was startling! I found every section extremely useful.
The programme crashed several time which was frustrating!

Although a good course I felt that it went too deep into the types of fire alarms which as a warden I would have thought you would have no or little input as to which system was fitted. I would have thought that the alarm would be down to the landlord then the fire risk assessor could advise them. Then hardly anything about the legislation and what as a warden we are liable for . In the questions I found it hard to understand what was relevant to the amount of fires that had occurred it felt a superfluous question (although I had written down the correct amount).
Very good on line course, interest maintained at all times and good level of detail which was presented in clear segments.
