It makes a person aware of various causes of fire and how to put them out. Sdfety always comes first. Everyone should be aware of this.

The overall clarity, precision and compass of the presentation is excellent. The fire officer's diction could make his comments hard to follow for some listeners, but his demonstration of fire extinguishers is very good. I feel seriously well-informed! Thank you.

The course was clear and explanatory. I think the first few sections were very slow and I felt talked-down to. By far the best bit was the last section, about the different kinds of fires and extinguishers (and, surprisingly, I found the fireman much more engaging than the professional presenter!)Would it have been possible to show what happens of the wrong kind of extinguisher is used?(Just one real objection: the fire "tetrahedron" - what on earth was that about??)

I understand that there is a lot of information to get across but maybe 36 pages on fire extinguishers was too many, especially as some of the pages seemed to be repetitive.
