Overall very good; the test is excellent as questions are very clear and it picks up on all important aspects; only few negatives: videos took a while to load and I found the questions in the first section less relevant (i.e. the convection question, I would maybe have asked: what does a hot door handle mean, or: why should you need to keep low?). I also liked the "spot the hazard" rooms - maybe add more, i.e. a kitchen? Thanks

Really easy to follow, great graphics, maximum information in a short programme. Only problem was that i dont have sound on my system and even if i did, i work in an open plan office so i had to follow the subtitles - not the end of the world but maybe a bit of warning before the programme started and i could have sorted the sound issue.

Good comprehensive instruction. Only improvement could be if the training is more in depth specific to the type of workplace, but otherwise very informative.

The programme was very well illustrated, informative and presented.

A good intro to fire The generic nature means I get a lot of what is relevant to my work environment and a chunk that is not.What we know we are usually ok with, it is what we don't know that we don't know that is the problem - it would be too easy to sit back thinking "Good, got that" without realising or thinking about application in one's worklace.

Help me to identify the hazards and how to react in case of fire, and help to bring our services users and my colleges to safty

Although very informative, I feel there was too much information to fully absorb at one sitting and wonder how much of this detail will be retained. The test only covered a very limited amount of the information.

Easy to understand but maybe a little bit long.
