Course is good, serves the purpose of giving a general overview and some practical skills. It's informative and points are made clear. Good use of graphics and videos. Useful to see someone use each type of the extinguisher.

I found the course very interesting. I discovered several pieces of information that I did not know about fire, its hazards and how to deal with it. The material was presented in an interesting and easy to follow manner.I thought that the quick quiz sections helped one to review the material covered in each section.One point that was a little annoying was that when I had gone through the last section before the test (the section on extinguishers) it would not acknowledge that I had completed it and I had to run through it again before it would let me onto the test. One other point is that it took me a lot longer than 45 minutes to complete. I do not see how one could cover all of the material in that time. However, despite these two small issues, it was enjoyable and profitable. Thank you.

This is the second time that I have had to complete this training. I appreciate knowledge in this area could be lifesaving but it is very long-winded and seemed to take a very long time to complete.

Although I took a few notes as I went along to jog my memory for the test, I found the course easy to follow and certainly user friendly!

I wasn't sure if the boxes under the text were compulsory. Main complaint was that it didn't take me to the test when I clicked on it but right back to the start again. I then had to do it again....lost my patience hence the 80% result.
