Very good short course, covered all the points clearly
A helpful well presented and delivered programme with a good test at the end.
This was a comprehensive training package, which is good. However, I found it an overload of information, some I would not view as essential over other information, and as such I could not recall all information during the test. This was not bespoke to our organisation, which I think should be more important - I need to know where the extinguishers are in my building and the meeting points - these would have been of more relevance to me, than learning how a fire starts.
The course was easy enough and was very much informative. I like at the end of every section you had reminder of what topic you had covered with a fresher. The course was broken down in to section and it flow very well between sections.

This fire safety awareness course exceeds other fire training I have done in other roles. I put this down to good communication and clear delivery in the videos, having the subtitles available, good descriptive videos fully explaining complex concepts and the ability to replay the videos and retake the tests. All of these have enhanced my learning and I feel confident I know more now about responding to fires.
