Next best thing would be to have 'hands-on' with extinguishers or simulations but this is impractical where so many people need training!

I found this programme easy to access and use. It was presented in a way, with the offer of alternative formats, that allowed accessibility to the majority of people. The information provided was very informative and clearly presented. It is, in my opinion, a far simpler and less stressful and time consuming way to be made aware of our responsibilities and how to act quickly, efficiently and safely in the event of a fire.
This was a very informative and thorough programme. I wasn't aware of the different types and features of the 4 listed fire extinguishers. Very helpful and useful to know.
