Fire Awareness Training in Education Reviews

I completed the course but didn't know if I had passed or how to get the certificate or what my pass rate was - so I was left 'bouncing around' inside the site trying to find out if I passed or not. This is just frustrating - the course itself is good, though.

A few questions are not ones that are needed - eg colour of "dry powder extinguisher" - if you fail due to this and have to relisten to it all it's really a waste of time. I guess people google it.

One size fits all approach to training. Long and dull and not entirely relevant to my role. Why is it assumed that we have forgotten all of this information from the last time we did it?

It takes much longer than necessary because the delivery is too slow. I'd like to speed it up to watch it at my own pace. I'm too busy to sit around watching the slow pace of this course.

A little bit Too much detail to possibly remember in an emergency. Main problem is there are Too many clicks to access information. I would prefer a podcast which I can press play when I have time free to listen to it. This training required about 80 time consuming clicks which I felt interrupted the flow of information

this could be reduced by taking some of the videos out and just having the information on a page to read to reduce the time that this takes. Especially if you have had someone who has had fire safety before. Or create a refresh exam for individuals who have had the training and if they don't pass they are to do the whole course.

Way too long; would be better to be much more concise and only the key points for teachers. The detail feels excessive.

The training does not allow you to fast forward and there were several glitches so my answers were not saved. The whole system crashed so I had to take the test again.
