could not hear the videos. checked with wife who also said there was no sound, so had to rely on subtitles and transcript to do the training.

There is no start link on the home page.

Keep getting reminders to complete but cannot access the course to complete it.

Needs to have a way to skip videos as I read the transcripts and it took way too long to watch them all ( as I had read the transcripts)

I found this training unnecessary and too long with too many small videos.

This truly was a waste of time for a busy teacher already familiar with/having previously taken a training course. I got 20 out of 20 for the test and would have done so without the training. It should have been possible for me to jump straight to the test, instead of sitting through the time-consuming videos.

So slow! Would be easier and quicker to just read a document that could contain images to help.

It’s so boring

Videos do not auto run when pressing Next and some questions - including those with answers on the test - are wrong and do not conform to current UK legislative rules as indicated on His Majesties Government website.
