I find this course excellent with good examples, easy to follow. A good course to enhance understanding and knowledge for people who especially work in education and care sectors.
A lot of info within a 30min course
This training opens your eyes to treat every person the same no matter what your characteristic (9 protected characteristics)
I found the course easy to navigate, it was clear and concise, and gave just the right information to understand the key messages, especially understanding around diversity which I think people often over look the wider picture of difference and only focus on the protected characteristics, when actually we are all unique.
