A few parts were a little ambiguous !
Although the information is all valid & important - The video seems a bit long & requires a lot of concentration to take it all in! Sound volume is low on this programme, but OK on others we use - Can you please look into this?
This is one of the best Equality and Diversity training programmes I've under taken. The videos are concise and informative and the slides help you stay engaged. It's not too long and the sections are divided well to allow you to take in as much or as little as you are able to at any one time.

I found the protected characteristics section difficult to follow. I wasn't always directed back to the place I needed to be. It would've been better if the programme automatically went through each of the protected characteristics rather than having to navigate back each time and click on each one individually
