Yes it comprehensively outlines the UK legislation and how that translates to the workplace. However peer/group prejudices and implicit discrimination are not touched on. Explicit statements and behaviour have been stopped but there is much that goes on in groups and implicitly. Culture in a business is not even mentioned

Warehouse staff and production workers do not need to do this, it should be leading hands and red tops only.

The learning was helpfully focused upon the essentials of good practice with a continuous thread of the importance of values and organizational culture. I liked the way you encourage replays to reinforce learning. The repeated encouragement of refection on one's own practice (ACT) both in the course and in working relationships was very useful. This is a valuable course!
