This is a very good course to follow and easy to understand,It actually made me think of the issues that affect us all in the work place,I really enjoyed doing this training session and would have no hesitation on recommending it to others.

Covered all the essentials. Actors used to illustrate the points effectively - underlining the point being described. Straightforward explanations - plain English - and good refreshing test.
