It was well structured and easy to follow. Everyone at WHG should do this course.
As an amputee, I disagree with an amputation being classed as visible disability. I wear a prosthetic and half of my office have no idea of my disability.

This course gives a very comprehensive overview of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training. I have learnt a lot about the personal characteristics that you cannot discriminate against, gender identify and gender reassignment.
it is good to know the laws around equality, diversity and Inclusion and have a better idea of how to deal with situations
Nice to know official/accepted terminologie and approaches. I felt I learned a lot but could not do the test well because the content was soo long, by the time the test came around I'd forgotten a lot of the early specifics and having to go back to listen again was such a chore because you cannot fwd. Then it would let me get back in the test so I gave up. The test should be broken down and done nearer the questions at least.
This has a great deal of contact some of which is available in other courses, I think this could be rated as a "final " summary course once the other 5 have been completed. It took me longer than the suggested hour and 4 pages of notes.
Easy to follow, easy to navigate and go back. Informative with key information and no waffle. Engaging making the information retainable.
Having done this topic in my degree it was great refresher course and understanding the situation in a work environment
