There were a lot of the tasks and suggestions that I was already aware off. however, the reminder of the impact that each of us personally can have on our day to day activities, reminds of why I do it.

The course expects everyone to believe the same political hype that it promotes. Totally lacking in scientific fact it uses political views to enforce the writers own belief on others. I will not tolerate anyone telling me what I can or cannot eat. I am not saying that caring for our environment is a bad thing, far from it. But this subject is too indepth to go into any detail here.
Excellent course. The topics and time frame of the course were good raising awareness of not only improving the environment but also how individuals play a huge part in paving the way for future generations.
Sometimes you forget the little things that can make big difference, also not to long the sessions.
