The presentation incorrectly referenced the butterfly effect. We all directly contribute to climate change by our actions, that is the whole point. This is not chaos thoery, it just adding up what we all do this ffect is not random or chaotic.(in chaos theory) the phenomenon whereby a minute localized change in a complex system can have large effects elsewhere.
Very clear, interesting and informative but maybe a tiny bit too long for a single 'sitting'
The summary above is fine for me!
Very well put together and covers the subject matter well, but is too long, should be split into separate sessions
I am pleased that this training is in place as I am keen to support anything that raises awareness of environmental issues. I also appreciate that knowledge will vary from person to person. However I found this a bit long and didn't really learn much personally- I was hoping for more innovative ideas on how to make an individual impact but am already doing all the suggestions.
It was a good course. I am based from home in Spain. I already take environmental awareness very seriously, however this has made me rethink some issues. I just wish we could drink the tap water here!!
Very good course with lots of real world examples for understandable perspective.

Informative, maybe a bit too much information. Most people know about greenhouse gases now and recycling but interesting comparison on how many hours/trees you can save, etc.
I think this course summed up the most common and effective ways we can reduce our impact on the environment as individuals and as an organisation, and some of the reasons that they are necessary. It was just the right length to be engaging and reminded me of some things I had forgotten, such as turning things off at the mains, though most other things I already try to do.
