This is a good reminder of the importance of setting up your workstation correctly and has some great tips for ensuring you stay productive. The information was clear and well presented with good visual demonstrations.
This short training made me aware of things that I took for granted as being normal although my work station set-up, my posture was incorrect. Now I can correct these and have those vital breaks in between which are so important for my well being. Thank you.
