The content of the course was good. However, it was annoying having each clip last only a minute or so and having to continually click through. It would have been better for the entire video to play as one - or broken up into fewer sections. Ironically given the title of the training it meant you were having to use your mouse far too often which results in wrist pain.

I think this course is very helpful, and showing good practise, and good posture, when setting up your workstation.
An excellent reminder of how important it is to be aware of posture and how remaining sitting at our desks can be detrimental to our overall help.I found the stretches particularly helpful and it would be good if these were available as a print out or a video we can download so that we can refer to them when we need to in the future.
