Useful and informative
I really enjoyed the fact that the course covered issues that I am currently facing at my work station and offered easy to apply fixes and improvements, not proposing changes that are not feasible to do. I also liked the stretching exercises and the emphasis on the employer's responsibility.
This was a great training with lots of useful info and detailed examples regarding the topic.
