Well put together online session, clear precise and straight to the point. Makes training seem fun, it's engaging and easy to follow. The questions before the assessment at the end are helpful and prompts the user to maintaining focus, good preparation for the exam at the end.
It was a good reminder for us working at home to still consider the proper posture and health tips. Very simple yet provides subtle information. Good Job!
