The course is easy to follow and covers the main issues I encounter in my day to day working life. My only suggestion is to include some more sample questions throughout the course to get a feel for the test. Questions included more at the end of the course but not so much at the beginning.
It would be helpful for our Line Manager to have a copy of our comments in the Assessment in order for outstanding equipment to be ordered/chased directly. I found the training and assessment clear and concise. I would like any outstanding equipment put in place in a timely manner.
