It certainly made me think about posture and breaks, etc.
I have already changed my desk set up and it has had an impact as I was previously suffering with headaches, bad neck and bad hips due to poor posture. I just need to remember to keep resetting my posture now.

Difficult to make DSE exciting but this was done well, and was very comprehensive!
