Difficult to make DSE exciting but this was done well, and was very comprehensive!

A good, short course that is clear and full of good tips. It was delivered in a way that kept it interesting throughout.

Always good to have this type of refresher course to remind ourselves of our posture etc and how we can fall in to bad habits.

Good visual effects used to demonstrate good practice in short bite size modules

Only thing I noted was on the breaks video the first person shown starts to use his mobile phone and then a couple of seconds later the video advises not to use mobiles whilst on a break so seems a contradiction, but I note that the person may not use a phone in his normal job, just seemed a strange was to present it.

I found the course to be very helpful - as someone who regularly works from home it will make me think more carefully about the set up of my home office equipment.
