Informative, good length
There is a lot of information that needs to be clearly conveyed to the audience. This is done well with the speakers and small vignettes which visually enchance and reinforce each section. I like being questioned between sections, it is a useful tool and prepares you for the questions and the end.

A very informative course to remind yourself how important your health is when using DSE.
Course was clearly presented in a concise way. Lots of good examples, perhaps some showing what not to do would have been nice.
I learnt a few things from taking the course and as a result I have improved the layout of my home workstation.
