Very good course, changed the way I sit at my desk and the I adjusted the height of my screen.
Useful as I have noticed a slight deterioration in eyesight since a recent change of job roles. Lessons to be learnt. Some of the shown equipment is very good but costly.
This training opened a better understanding of best practice whilst using DSE.

Informative, good length
There is a lot of information that needs to be clearly conveyed to the audience. This is done well with the speakers and small vignettes which visually enchance and reinforce each section. I like being questioned between sections, it is a useful tool and prepares you for the questions and the end.
