Found this style of training more efficient and effective. By using professional trainers and actual DSE it was easier to understand and follow.
Definitely makes you more aware of taking care of yourself whilst in the workplace. Will be putting into practice regularly checks on my posture, positioning of equipment and simple exercises now and then.

Very well structured and engaging training session.
I liked the idea of questions through out the course as well as the end. good use of graphics etc. Question - in future, if I was unsure about something that had come up in the course i.e. Eye tests etc where would i be able to find this information as there is no written notes to refer to.

Very useful training, quick and easy to do, and much better than the previous system of a written checklist.
The training was "Good" and well worth taking 45 mins of my time.
