Very helpful advice
The course was very informative on the correct seating & standing position whilst working. I was not previously aware of the correct screen position or the importance of a clean work space. The guide was very easy to follow and clear to read and see. It was better than any similar training from different providers.
I found the course covered everything I would expect in a structured & logical way. It was very informative & handled the subject matter is a very easy to follow, relaxed & instructive way. I look forward to taking my next course if they are all as equally well presented.

whilst the information is clear and concise, I was bored after 5 minutes and drifted off after 10 minutes. Problem with these types of courses is that most of us know what to do, we just don't do it.

The video was pleasantly presented and the presenters gave clear and helpful instructions, especially on reducing stress and injuries. The test questions were clear and without ambiguity.
