Seeing there are 28 sections is really off-putting. Whilst the presentation is professional, it really needs slimmed down into something more bearable.

Most of it common sense. Main takeaway- don't be afraid to take breaks from your screen, it will make you more productive in the long run.

Although informative the information is not really relevant to my job as most work is done on a laptop on site

The DSE training was very useful and pertinent. All aspects were explained simply and easy to understand. They were logical and in some cases obvious. Thank you.

Very good. Would maybe benefit from a slight update for PC based meetings with headset, as the vast majority of communication for me is this way. Almost no use of the phone. Sometimes these meetings can be hours long but the host usually builds in breaks. One issue is that a headset can become uncomfortable after several hours, even when perfectly adjusted for shorter calls, because of lengthy pressure on the ears.
