30 mins seemed a bit long.
I found this course relevant and useful especially when sitting at a Hot desk. It makes you think about what you do every day and how little you actually step away from your desk to take a break. I would think the exercises do help to relieve built up tension, but I've never seen anyone in the office do them?
The DSE training was very helpful and informative reminding the trainee of all the essential things needed to be safe while at work in the office environment.

Course was very easy to follow and informative.
this is a very useful course to do for someone who has only just started their career in IT. its given me the knowledge I need to set my workspace up properly and its taught me how to work in way that will preserve my body and health.

I only use a laptop so it maybe worth an option to select the type of equipment rather than have 1 course
