This is a great course. Clear and memorable (most importantly). I've started to practice some of the tips already.

Very informative with regards to certain areas that are easily overlooked with posture and breaks.
Really good training, i 'enjoyed' it, particularly the bloke showing examples of incorrect posture/alignment, very funny which makes it easier to remember
some great tips to keep your self healthy while working at workstation and how to avoid bad habits that can lead to poor health and lack of productivity.
It help build awareness among the DSE.
