A clear concise and comprehensive reminder of good practice when using display screen equipment and the responsibilities of the employee and the employer.
Sometimes the only way to improve things is to make them 'dummy-proof', with no mean to offend, but we tend to take way too many things for granted especially when it comes to everyday actions like sitting, typing and looking at screens. I really got some strong reminders for an optimal way of working and staying healthy. Great, informative course!
It made me realise I need a more supportive seat when working from home.
