unfortunately the correct seating position is not possible , if I have my arms at the correct height to the desk then my hips are below the height of my knees & if I have my hips & knees in the correct seating position then my arms are at the wrong height !

i know a lot about this already so it was a bit tedious.
This covers all the topics but there is little focus on outcomes and almost zero interaction. I felt I was being talked at rather than really involved in fully understanding how it affects me in the way I work. Alot was not relevant either as I am a remote worker and just use a laptop ... also I am over 50... do not need the pregnancy bit this should be optional.
The course has good advice, however it also has some extremely basic almost patronising parts. The one that stood out to me personally was the reminder to "blink"
