Would have preferred listening rather than subtitles but thats my system not the programme.

Very clear and easy to follow.

The self assessment part seemed to keep clicking off my answers and I had to go through it 4 times before all my answers were registered. .. time consuming and a little annoying. Otherwise an interesting training programme.

Each step was explained well. I liked the format of the training with the video shown first and then expansion of this by showing examples. There was not much explanation though about other equipment that can be used if needs be to address problems if highlighted for example footrests/back rests

Explained in great detail of Display screen equipment. Don't think there was much more it could cover.

It was informative and reminded me of some things I already knew. The excercises were especially helpful

I liked being taught how to exercise the correct way.

Easy to follow and well designed to allow time to work through the programme. The training ensures an understanding how best to take care of your health and increase awareness of your working environment.

Covers everything it needs to in a clear way - liked the fact I could do some of the training and return to it later. Would recommend it.

A useful and instructive training program. The explanations are concise and clear and provide an appropriate level of explanation for the majority of users.
