Very informative and helpful

Found out I was sitting incorrectly and possible backache could be due to either my chair or not sitting correctly

the program was easy to naviagate through, and to learn from especially with the questions at the end of each section

Very good, easy to understand very interactive.

The programme shows the right way to work in an office environment. The suggested exersises are very helpful!

Very clear and concise presentation. One niggle - one of the first graphics, where you have to pick which desk is the best laid out, is very poor. It is impossible to distinguish between them!

I assumed my workstation was correct but since using the programme have re-assessed this and made changes which will help with my posture.

I found the programme to be thorough, well thought through and clear in explaining the issues. My one criticism is that the navigation through the programme and sections is not always as clear as it might be. Otherwise very good.

this programme makes you aware of the issues that can arise when not seated properly or taking regular breaks to rest and readjust your eyes/body to prevent stress and strains.
