I already knew much of this but did learn a few new things, and it was good to have a refresher!
Not applicable to me
the subject manner was presented in a manner that was enagaging with good clear concise presentation and good graphics. The medical conditions that can arise through not having good discipline added weight to the importance of the message
No chance of following these guidelines when working from home though
I'd have preferred something I could just have read rather than watch and listen which takes a lot longer.
